We hold the index to the same standard of accuracy we expect from any information system. When the index makes a mistake, we fix it promptly, publicly, and permanently.
Recently updated story clusters
Stories in the live ledger that have been updated in the last cycle — outlet count grew, title changed, or new reports were added. Sourced from the live feed.
The feed is refreshing — check back shortly for live update records.
How to report an indexing error
Three steps from submission to resolution.
Submit the correction
Email corrections@aipropx.com or use the Contact form. Include the URL of the affected entry, a clear description of the error, and any source links that support your correction. Anonymous submissions are accepted.
Review within 48 hours
The submission will be acknowledged and review will begin. We cross-check the claim against the source material and the ingestion logs. One person reviews every request.
Correction applied and noted
If an error is confirmed, the record is corrected immediately. A dated correction note is appended to the affected entry. We never silently amend indexed data. The original error text is preserved in the note for full transparency.
What we correct
Indexing errors
A story was attributed to the wrong outlet, clustered with unrelated reports, or assigned an incorrect publication timestamp.
Factual errors in metadata
A source name, country, or region tag is wrong or has changed since ingestion.
Duplicate canonical entries
Two separate canonical entries describe the same real-world event and should be merged.
Broken source links
A link to an original publisher article is dead or points to the wrong page.
What falls outside our scope
- Disagreements with original publisher reporting — contact the publisher directly
- Requests to remove a story because it reflects negatively on a person or organisation
- Complaints about the tone or framing of headlines from third-party publishers
- Requests to prioritise or de-prioritise a particular source or story
